1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.3 Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one acb365 account. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed without notice and all associated balances will be voided.

2.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. acb365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

3.1 acb365 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your use of the Platform:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar);

4. Prohibited Uses

5. Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

5.3 Increases to deposit limits will not take effect until a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period has elapsed from the time of the request. Reductions take effect immediately.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be clearly stated at the point of issue.

6.2 General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

7.1 Deposits

7.2 Withdrawals

8. Betting Rules

8.1 All bets placed on acb365 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, market, or game type as published in the acb365 betting rules documentation. In the event of a conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence.

8.2 acb365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. The User will be refunded the original stake in the event of a void.

8.3 In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the time of placement. acb365 operates a brief processing period on all in-play bets during which the odds may change. If the odds change materially during this period, the User may be offered the revised odds or the bet may be declined.

8.4 Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per bet, per market, and per day. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement and may be adjusted by acb365 at any time.

8.5 Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to the cricket-specific betting rules, which address match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments, and interruptions due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Casino and Live Games

11.2 acb365's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their acb365 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by acb365's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection
